This is a classic blend of Cabernet and Shiraz, with a touch of Merlot. The nose is earthy, with a hint of dark mint chocolate. Soft and round on the palate, it imparts rich savoury flavours, hints of roast meats, and a delicate cedary spice. This wine has been carefully cellared for a decade and is ready to drink now. It will benefit from a gentle aeration prior to drinking.
