Terms and Conditions

Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Dudley Wines. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. You may only subscribe to or take advantage of promotions conducted by this website if you are 18 years of age or over.

Dudley Wines may request identification such as a driver’s license to confirm age. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18.

Upon joining the Dudley Wines Wine Club, you acknowledge and allow Dudley Wines to charge your nominated credit card to complete your recurring Subscription orders.

Member shipments are for personal consumption only and are not to be used for retail sale; Dudley Wines reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is in any way interfering with the operations of the Wine Club.

Club Membership Requirements

All members are emailed the week before allocations are due to give ample time to updated address and credit card details. Members are emailed notification of all failed process attempts and follow up emails to rectify the failed allocation. Checking emails remains the responsibility of the member.

Dudley Wines accepts no responsibility for changes made to a member account by the account holder and any other persons who may have access to that account. Requests to update any member details must be made in writing to info@dudleywines.com unless otherwise arranged with Dudley Wines.

It is the Member’s responsibility to update their subscription delivery details on their online member accounts or by ontacting info@dudleywines.com. Any additional delivery charges or fees that are incurred due to an incorrect member address will be the responsibility of the member. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@dudleywines.comwith your name and reason for cancellation.


Delivery to Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs is usually within 7 to 10 working days. Please allow up to 14 days for other areas (including Tasmania & Northern Territory) and for periods inclusive of public holidays. We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries including all Australian street or post office box addresses. In circumstances where no-one is present to receive the delivery, and there are no special delivery instructions, Australia Post will notify you via email, directing you to collect your wine from the local post office.

Shorter delivery periods can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us atinfo@dudleywines.comto discuss your delivery requirements once you have completed your order.

Product Issues

If wine obtained from Dudley Wine’s website is faulty, notice must be given in writing to info@dudleywines.comwith an explanation within 48 hours of delivery. Dudley Wines reserves the right to not exchange/replace or refund damaged or opened wines after delivery. Dudley Wines will replace or refund damaged wine if deemed reasonable and fair. Any heat damage due to wine being left outside after delivery will not be accepted by Dudley Wines as we cannot control the weather and it is up to the customer to be responsible for their deliveries.

Dudley Wines reserves the right to refuse requests to exchange and refund wine after it has been delivered.


Dudley Wines assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive communications or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury because of technical telecommunications problems including security breaches. Dudley Wines will act under the approval of any relevant authority to modify or terminate membership.
